Our logistic team handles most of deliveries and has a good track record. The delivery time is determined by various factors including the kind of product, delivery demands (peak time) and where traffic convenience of the location. However, we always try our best to deliver goods as soon as possible.

 Delivery

  • We provide free delivery and installation for any invoice amount of MVR 500/- or above within Male’ City and Hulhumale’ doorsteps & to any specified jetty in Male’ within 3-5 days from the date of purchase. For invoice amount less than MVR 500/-, pick up service is offered from the store location.
  • Delivery hour is from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am. Customers also has the option to collect the item from warehouse during these hours.
  • Delivery Services are not available on Fridays and gazette public holidays.
  • We will verify the delivery via phone call to the specified phone number before the item is dispatched. If you are unable to attend, we highly recommended that you nominate someone as recipient.
  • Upon receiving the goods, please be sure to sign the Delivery Note and Invoice in the presence of the delivery representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your items upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces.
  • In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Whoever signs for the delivery at the address shall be presumed authorized to act as recipient for the item. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to a product once the delivery has been confirmed and signed has been on the delivery note. We will only provide exchanges for damage or manufacturer defect.

 Assembling

  • Our logistics team confirms delivery date and time to schedule delivery and assembling furniture. We will attempt to remain inside the scheduled delivery as best as possible, but weather conditions and unexpected delays may occur. If we missed the agreed delivery window, it may be rescheduling for a new delivery.
  • We provide free assembling only for the items purchased from us. However, we may not be able to provide assembling assistance which requires wall mounting.
  • Please ensure a clear pathway for safe and damage free delivery and room for assembling.
  • Please provide a blankets or cardboard down to protect your floor tile, carpet, wood floors. Our Logistics will not responsible for any damage to floors or carpets etc.
  • Our assembling team will inspect all your furniture with you to verify that it has been placed in your possession in good condition. We will only provide exchanges for damage or manufacturer defect.

Delivery Options for Outside Male’ City

  • Deliveries will be made within 2-5 working days.
  • Customer must nominate someone as recipient (Passenger, Boat Captain / Crew) with contact number. This information has to be even ensured on the  “Special Note” column in the invoice.
  • Free Delivery to any specified Jetties in Male City
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receiving. Recipient who signed shall be presumed authorized to act as a customer for the item. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to a product once the delivery has been confirmed with a confirmed third-party signature.
